- Stronger Networks: All 71 networks showed growth in strength and influence.
- Advancing Human Rights: 89% of networks prioritized human rights, with 37% contributing to improved laws or policies in 2023.
- Improved Service Access: 82% worked to enhance access to and quality of HIV services, with 42% reporting tangible improvements in 2023.
- Increased Funding: 53.5% advocated for better resourcing, with 23% securing increased commitments in 2023.
