Register now: RCF Side Event at the HLM on HIV/AIDS

The Robert Carr Fund is pleased to invite you to a virtual round table side event at the upcoming High Level Meeting on HIV/AIDS on Thursday 10th June at 08.30 EST (New York Time).

This event will mark the beginning of a reflection of 10 years of the Robert Carr Fund, a unique funding mechanism due to its explicit mandate to provide core funding to global and regional civil society and community led networks. Now more than ever, the networks continued survival, growth, success, and sustainability is vital to the successful HIV response in view of the COVID-19 pandemic impact, shrinking civic space and the critical need for reducing new HIV infections among inadequately served populations.

The side event will look back at the legacy of the Fund and the networks it has supported. It will celebrate the role of civil society in driving the HIV response and will offer an opportunity for partners to recommit to community driven responses and share their vision for the future.
