Thea L. Khoury
MEL Program Officer
Théa L. Khoury leads on Monitoring and Evaluation for Learning (MEL) efforts for RCF’s global cohort of grantees.
Her experience is grounded in human rights activism and nonprofit management across the MENA region, where she has worked with diverse organizations for over a decade.
Throughout her career, Théa has contributed to the development and implementation of multi-million-dollar programs, spearheaded external communications, and created essential learning resources for those programs. She has a track record and expertise in participatory grant-making for Gender and Bodily Rights groups working throughout MENA.
In 2019, Théa was the owner of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) processes for projects exceeding $2.5 million. Between 2020 and 2023, she managed over $1 million in grant disbursements across approximately 80 grants while conducting organizational capacity evaluations for 39 partners in eight MENA countries.
Théa also manages Linear Lines, a community of consultants working for and from the MENA region. Her approach is guided by feminist values, emphasizing intentionality and participatory development, and aligns with the Make No (more) Harm framework. She brings this people-centered perspective to all aspects of her MEL work at RCF.
