Jumoke Patrick is the Executive Director of the Jamaican Network of Seropositives since 2017, a Network of PLHIV and an NGO that advocates for the rights and concerns of People Living with and impacted by HIV in Jamaica.

His advocacy and life’s work so far are linked directly to the LGBTQ community, especially those disenfranchised and made more vulnerable because of their HIV+ status. His training and work is in the social development especially with non-government organisations, which is specifically targeted at improving the lives of marginalized populations. Jumoke has managed and coordinated many HIV Programmes since 2011, partnering with local and multinational agencies including the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (Pepfar), UNAIDS, The Global Fund etc. In his role as Executive Director of JN+, he has substantially expanded both the staff and programmatic and budgetary capacities of the organization, surpassing a 100% increase. His fervor lies in amplifying the voices of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) in national discussions and cultivating a network that champions diversity, inclusion, and the acknowledgment of the resilience of those living with HIV.
