Oswaldo Adolfo Rada Londoño from Colombia is a Business Administrator with experience in project design, development, execution and monitoring, organizational development. 

He works in the fiels of face-to-face and virtual community networks, social support strategies, operational and financial management, organizational communication, budgeting, and strategic planning. He had several community responsibilities at national, regional and global level. He currently works as an independent consultant with more than 20 years of work on HIV and STI issues.

He is one of the Regional Spokesperson of the Social Mechanism of Support and Control in HIV – MSACV.
