Lynn Werlich

Director of International Programmes at Aidsfonds

Lynn started her career as a freelance researcher working for multiple Dutch civil society organisations.

She has over 10 years of experience in working with people living with HIV, key populations, women and young people. She was part of initiating large partnerships like Bridging the Gaps and the Love Alliance. She has held several positions at Aidsfonds – Soa Aids Nederland, including manager of the sex work programme and head of key populations team.

Her work and lived experiences have committed her to address injustices in health and rights. Foremost it has showed her the importance of love, empowerment, sex positivity and the feeling of belonging.

In addition, she holds a Master of Medical Anthropology and Sociology from the University of Amsterdam.
