Tendayi Ndori-Mharadze is a passionate health and development practitioner who for the past 20 years has worked on various HIV and health programs in Zimbabwe and beyond.
Currently Tendayi is a freelance consultant providing technical support to UN agencies, NGOs and Key Population groups working towards ending AIDS. Tendayi has been Project Director – managing the Sisters with a Voice program a National Sex work program in Zimbabwe, Community Support Adviser for UNAIDS – supporting the government of Zimbabwe to better support and engage with civil society organizations and communities of people living with HIV, key populations and AGYW. She has experience working with various multilateral and bilateral funding vehicles including the Global Fund and PEPFAR. Her current vision is to support nascent groups of adolescent girls and young women, key populations and other marginalized communities in the Sub Saharan Africa and to bring real life stories of people and communities to the fore of programming. Tendayi is a first author of one scientific manuscript and co-author of various others.
